    I’ve been using Narwhal for years, and the release of Narwhal 2 has made it even better. The subscription is worth every cent. The developer is very responsive to questions, reports of bugs, and feature suggestions in the apps subreddit.

    The Reddit website and app are absolutely inundated with ads, with my average being 1 ad post per every 4 feed posts. That’s predatory and unacceptable, and a clear way to monetize the platform excessively while also trying to push users into Reddit premium. Premium doesn’t offer much extra value beyond the removal of the excessive ads, so I can’t support that. I can however support a small developer who doesn’t ask for much for a well-developed app.

    Download this app because I wanted to use this app so that I didn’t have to use the official Reddit app. But I couldn’t even the Narwal for Reddit app. The app wouldn’t let me get past a sign up for a free trial screen. This app would be a great replacement for the official Reddit app if you didn’t have to sign up for a free trial to be able to use it.

    First off it is a great app, but when compared to the train wreck that is the Reddit app. It becomes an amazing app. Do I wish I could just buy it? Yes, but I understand the best way to deal with monthly costs is with monthly income. So I bit the bullet, and do not regret my decision in the slightest.
