    Connectivity issues, unreliable algorithms for music discovery, no coordination between Tidal's platforms, essential features missing, and in trade you get pristine sound quality. That's not a balanced trade off when that pristine quality stretches the platform's bandwidth to dial-up connection speeds. Also, with a CEO that loves AI, is no wonder why AI music has firmly entered the chat. It feels like Tidal lost the thread with it's own mission, and is treading water while the rescue boat is stuck in line at the gas station.

    A lot of tracks, albums and artists do not populate on the search for this app. Some albums by certain artists will disappear from their page but still appear on my library. Music by artists with shared names get grouped into one landing page instead of each having their own page with their own music on it. Connectivity issues as well, on occasion I will get an error where my app completely freezes even if I am on wifi and I have to restart the app a couple of times to proceed. I do like the app, but these are some bugs and glitches i don’t enjoy
