    When ordering with deals and it shows pick an item, the app interface should provide me with favorites option or recent options. Every time I order a coffee I have to customize it each time. Easy fix McDonalds.

    The app takes 5ever to load and 9/10 times I order, ITS NEVER READY. IT DEFEATS THE POINT.

    I downloaded this app and have had it less than 30 days. I followed the app instructions to enter receipts that were not recorded by the app, but it does not work. I keep getting a message saying I’ve entered the receipt previously or entered too many receipts in the last 30 days. I’ve never entered any receipts in this app ever. I haven’t even had the app 30 days when I tried to enter receipts. When I contact customer service, I keep receiving a generated response, referring me back to entering the receipts in the application or literally repeating the same error message I received in the app. When I call the one 800 number provided for a direct call to customer service it appears the number is no longer working and is not accepting calls. I tried multiple times to call this number and each time the call was disconnected. I don’t believe customer service request are actually being reviewed or escalated to anyone with human eyes for review. So this app gets two stars. One for simply existing and one for providing some level of service to a customer. I don’t think it’s a hard thing to ask a customer service department for help on how to rectify an issue with an application designed to provide customer loyalty. But to be caught in an endless doom loop of some automated response system is unacceptable when you’re simply trying to be loyal to a business using the application they provided. But no worries I got along fine without the app before and I will do so again. Thanks McDonald’s.!

    The app for me just sucks. It randomly logged me out and when I try to log back in, it starts freaking out and gives me an error message in spanish.

    Nothing but issues it’s always switching restaurants after the one wanted is selected. And then there’s no way to cancel an order or request a refund through the app cause they screwed something up. It switched locations on me once and I either had to wait 2 hrs or driver 2 towns over to where they sent the order. And then this last time they claimed their system was down. So I was just out the food cause I couldn’t go to another location and use the reward again. Too much of a hassle is you ask me

    The app takes forever to open when all you want to do is get the code to give it to the drive-through clerk. The app will open to an advertisement that will not close for at least 20 seconds and then the home screen is another advertisement which is understandable they’re going to advertise their food, but the app needs to be more user-friendly. If I’m using the app then I’m already decided to buy your food. You don’t need to advertise more to me. Edit after Dev response: uninstalling and reinstalling the app won’t change how much you advertise on it!! When I open the app it’s because I need the code for the clerk and your ads make it take longer to get that done. If you want the app to be smoother, remove the ad at opening!
