Oh no! What happened? In the latest update, I can’t type in my income received. Can’t get the numbers to type in accurately. I’m punching them on my phone but it’s only recognizing some numbers and not letting me get past a $50 increment. It’s so odd. I've used this app to budget for a while now and never had any issues. Please fix. 🙏

Payed $80 a year for an app that I can’t log into

The whole point of budgeting at your fingertips is convenience and quick access. I am usually using this when I need to quickly input my expenses and move on. Half the time I’m having to log back in because it’s booted me out and now it tries to make me take this personalize your experience survey before I can even log in. We are researching other options at this point.

Been using the app for 2 years and cancelled this year after multiple requests for them to update/fix the account balance syncing issues. On a previous version account balance syncing was automatic and most of the time, in real time. Now it the updates run behind several hours- mine usually says last updated 18 hours ago. That’s not helpful when you rely on the balance information to keep track of your daily transactions. I think they can do better. I miss the app but not the lack of accurate information.

We make a good living so I thought I didn’t need a budget. But when we kept coming up short after vacations I started this app and now we have money leftover almost every very month! I don’t stress about how much I can spend bc my budget tells me how much I can spend.

This new update is fantastic. Dark mode is very much appreciated! I would pay for premium if you added Apple’s finance kit so I could sync my Apple Card transactions. Would love for you guys to implement this to compete with Rocket Money and Monarch.

Know what margin you can have toward debts by budgeting.

In new update, there is no way to login without “starting free trial” or paying. I have used the free version of this app for 11 years. Now I have to go to the website and sign in through the website to access the app. Please change this back.

Latest update caused over 100 duplicate transactions that I am unwilling to go back and fix. I’m done with the lazy testing before deploying updates. Also, I was forced to answer questions before getting to my budget…literally no way to opt out. This app has lost its way. Deleting and moving on after 10 years.

Every time the app updates it gets worse. Now I can’t delete anything. It says share instead of delete
