  • Great but some improvements

Love that it’s a better alternative and focuses on the quality listening experience. You can even customize what frequency your audio is in. In terms of the app itself, it’s different from what I’ve used in the past, so I’m still learning, but even with this, there are errors. 1. I put a song on repeat and after I’m done listening to that song for an hour or so, then I put another song on repeat but it does not stay on repeat. First I have to turn off the repeat, exit out of the app, restart the app, then turn on repeat for the new selected song to repeat. It should not have to be that way and to automatically repeat the new song without having to close the app. 2. The search feature is also not the best compared to other streaming services. If I look up the title of the song with one word difference, it doesn’t show up at all, even if I also put the correct artist. It has to be word for word, not a word less or more for the search engine to find the song. There is no feature that suggests or “did you mean this?” Which can be helpful if you know the lyrics but not the exact song title. (Also a recommendation for lyrics would be great!!) Misc/suggestions: Listening history would be great/is not easy to find.
  • Really not good

Search engine is god awful. Make sure you know exactly how everything is spelled for the artist or song or else you won’t get the results you want. The app also constantly freezes. It struggles to download music. Rarely works with Siri. I have had playlists of mine just disappear and that paired with the awful search engine makes me not able to find some music.
  • When renewal fails!!!

Every time when renewal fails, and I choose to renew manually, I go an hour of frustration trying to convince the app that I have subscribed through my apple account, they really need to fix this!!

Only true bit-perfect, high-definition streaming service, as far as I know. The overall experience has improved quite a bit since I first started using the service — kudos to the UX team! I love how easy it is to control my other devices with Qobuz Connect. I just wish it would automatically switch back to my phone when I’m in my car. Happy customer here!

This is the perfect app for music streaming. I've been searching for an app like this for so long. The UI is pristine and the music plays as well as music can. It's simple and it's human and it has everything the money-making machines are lacking.
  • I want a refund, buggy in app

I subscribed on the app but it still insists on playing me the sample music instead of the full songs. Music availability is a bit limited too.

Basic features like adding multiple songs to a playlist or viewing a track and going from the track to the album just don't work. Why does navigation and control have to be so bad?

I switched to Qobuz to get away from Spotify. First the app has constant playback issues. It doesn’t remember if you are in a playlist, and it also can’t remember you had shuffle on. Not to mention that even on lower quality it skips a ton of songs because of who knows why. If it can’t play a song instead of going to the next song on the playlist it just goes to another random song by the artist I’ve been trying to give it time to get better, it’s not. This is the first experience with a new streaming service and it’s mediocre at best. I’m giving it to the end of summer, if the app is still lackluster I’ll be going back to Spotify. Why would anyone continue to pay for this!?

Honestly this is the best audio driven music service. You can instantly hear the quality of the music and I love that I’ve been buying albums again that I know are top tier and immerse you back into what the artist was syncing not subscriptions plus poor quality.
  • Great App, needs a few things

After leaving Spotify and Apple Music for this I have to say this is a great replacement. It has most music, only missing some of the more niche things I listen to and the quality is great. A couple things I have noticed, however, could be worked on. First of all there can be significant load times when navigating the app or playing songs. Sometimes it takes up to 20 seconds for the next song to play in the queue and this is after I’ve already downloaded the whole playlist. Swapping things around in the queue can also be slow and clunky and scrolling in a long playlist (mine is thousands of songs long) can have buffering issues that make it feel clunky. Another issue I’ve noticed is that, at least for Apple, there are a few issues with integration. Sometimes I will want to play a game while listening to music and when I finish the track I’m listening to and it’s moving to the next it will instead stop playing the music entirely, causing me to have to reopen Qobuz to start it again which is not ideal. All this said, other than these quality of life fixes, I think this is a great app and I would definitely recommend it to any and all music listeners, especially those with a conscience.
