    This week I received excellent support for an app issue. Turns out the issue was me! Joe “troubleshooted” my issue. Turns out my albums weren’t being displayed because I didn’t close two different ads. Joe was kind enough not to shame me which I appreciate. Personally, I think the $20 annual subscription fee is reasonable for unlimited storage and helpful tech-support.

    Beware!!!!!! have tried to reach out multiple times concerning my Plus membership that I signed up for nearly a year ago. My frame has run out of storage with an “unlimited” Plus plan. I have paid for the service. And they will not return emails or call back requests. Waste of my money.

    The assistant person, Maris was very pleasant and the solution she provided was spot on. I feel that she went above and beyond normal by following up after the solution was provided. She is the best!

    I was thrilled to see your white frame was available and on sale but for some reason I couldn’t complete the purchase on my iPhone. I contacted customer service and Joe sent me a link to try. It worked like a charm. I’m now a proud owner of two frames…one in NY and one in FL so I’m never without family photos. Thanks for the help Joe!

    I have been very pleased with Nixplay for several years now. I recently had a lost remote and nixplay was very responsive to help me line up a replacement remote… very much appreciated! Feedback… crating albums, changing certain albums to frame, etc. is a little tricky (and I am computer literate)… wish it was more user friendly. Also, the “free” limits are rather low, wish they were a little higher, especially for users who have been connected for years. Overall, very happy with the product, the reliability and the service! Thank you!!

    I was having an issue on my app and troubleshooted various things but couldn’t solve the problem. I emailed support and received a quick response and Joe was able to get into my app with permission and fixed the problem right away. I was very thankful for the help.

    Can’t upload albums to frame. No help- literally get message ‘our help center is unavailable…we are working hard to get it up and running’ . The instructions to sync album to frame don’t work (click on three dots and choose ‘Assign to Frame’ is not an option. Buyer beware!
