    Why does Uber need to track my purchases and my web searches? Some days working for Uber are decent, but most days there’s very little money left after expenses.

    Speed limit signs that are wrong stop signs or traffic lights that are there that aren’t on the map or are on the map that aren’t there. Customer support is terrible.
  • Uber has serious problems

    Uber has serious problems with driver support and system reliability. Drivers can provide video evidence and proof against false rider complaints, but support often ignores the evidence and sends automated responses instead of properly investigating the situation. Another major issue is that completed trips and earnings can disappear from the app after glitches or crashes. Drivers lose money, trip history gets deleted, and support struggles to restore missing payments. Very disappointing treatment of drivers who work honestly and professionally.

    Deleted my old account because my ex-wife had access to it email the number and everything she put herself I deleted it and created my own the app flagged my new one as a duplicate, even though I did not have the old one and it was deleted, and then they tell me that I have no choice, but to to remain in the same one that she created years ago and let her be able to take my money anytime she wants because Uber is a useless company that cannot let you escape abuse or anything apparently

    Support is absolutely terrible, if you can even understand them. They are not there to help drivers at all. The navigator is not accurate. I was standing in the store when they added an order to my route AT THAT STORE. The store took forever and the navigator said I was 150 feet away from the store. The took the added order away and raised my cancellation rate but then the navigator said I was in the store for the original order. I am constantly getting orders that the stores say have already been picked up. When I call support, they cancel the order, and they refuse to pay me anything and my cancellation rate is unaffected, and sometimes my cancellation rate is raised. There is no consistency to this and when I asked for an explanation, I was asked given a word salad that said absolutely nothing. When I called it out and asked for a coherent, meaningful explanation, support HUNG UP ON ME! All the lowball 8 stop 3 hour $3.16 offers that affect your acceptance rate all 12 times they send it to you… absolutely terrible.

    Uber made me drive 8 miles across town, only to tell me when I arrived to make sure I have room for tires. Then made me pick up a hot breakfast order of 5 items, go somewhere else pick up 3 frozen drinks both for 1 customer. Then made me drive 15 miles one way out of the city to deliver the tires, then told me to deliver the customers 2 ruined breakfast orders. And I earned $11.58 total for all 3 orders to 2 customers. I can’t believe this is legal. This is worse than working for a pyramid scheme.
  • Uber is hiding “ wait and save” trips from drivers.

    Uber is hiding Wait & Save trips from drivers by showing them as regular UberX rides. If passengers can see and choose Wait & Save drivers should see it too. Drivers deserve transparency. Not misleading trip requests.
