    Customers already pay service and delivery fees- the cost of each item shouldn’t be higher than the restaurants prices!! And it’s not even a dollar or two, it’s over 30% more PER item!

    My pizzas were never delivered. I can’t get Uber eats to refund me the money nor Domino’s Pizza. there is absolutely no customer service they don’t care about refunds.

    Takes away money, even if it says 1 price at first. Payments that I did not order. Promotions work, but you still get charged after doesn’t make sense.

    I had ordered 3 items from Dairy Queen off of Postmates and only received one of them in my order and the receipt had only stated that only one item was in my order. I had immediately contacted Customer Service when I received my order because I would not let this slide. I was charged around $40 for my delivery order and only received 1 item worth $7 from the 3 items. I included images of the receipt to customer service about my matter which showed that I only received a burger and the total was around $7. Even after sending that image, they told me that my order was not eligible for a refund or a price adjustment and they left my case as resolved even though my problem was not resolved. I would greatly appreciate if a customer representative would assist my matter and contact me because I never received the other 2 items I was supposed to receive and yet I was still charged for the purchase of those two even when it was never delivered to me. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I have received from Postmates and would not recommend purchasing off of here again.

    Do not order from Postmates. Their service team is unprofessional and expect you to chase after the driver who mis-delivered your order rather than resolve it on their end when there are photos documenting the wrong location. DoorDash is much better and accountable.

    I’ve been a loyal Postmates customer for nearly 10 years, but two recent experiences have made it clear the product and customer experience have materially declined. First, I placed a pickup order through the app after being shown “nearby” options, only to realize the location was ~15 miles away. I canceled within 30 seconds, yet Postmate’s/Uber’s automated support still refused to issue a refund. Then today, while standing next to a Shake Shack, the app prompted me with a BOGO offer. I placed the order, walked a few feet to pick it up once it showed ready, and only then realized the order had been for a different Shake Shack location across town. Again they stuck me with the bill and no food. These are not edge cases – they reflect fundamental issues with PM’s geolocation and in-app prompts, compounded by ineffective customer support when things go wrong. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in the platform. I’ll be disputing both charges, have deleted the app, and will be switching to DoorDash going forward.
