    Don’t recommend shop. They don’t believe in customer service so bad that they only have an email to contact them with. Lots of fraud/ scam shops. Customer support is useless and should you need your money back it takes MONTHS. If you need the payment plans they ding your credit every single time. They tricked people into thinking it’s like ~klarna~ Kinda sad. But ultimately make sense… they’re frauds and allow frauds and scams on their app

    I wasn’t thrilled with the thought of this app having access to all my other apps, but more and more apps kept using it as their shipment tracking so I finally downloaded it. In the age of online scams, I thought that it would be nice to have a reliable shipment tracking app. However, it is extremely unreliable and it frequently says that things will be delivered on a specific day and they rarely are. Useless app, not needed by consumer or provider. I’d rather deal directly with companies than this unreliable 3rd party

    Is it so hard to just have a regular search function? Why am I forced to use an AI chatbox? It's so ridiculous, I just want to search and find the items I am looking for. There was nothing wrong with the search function, so why is it completely overhauled? I do not need nor want an AI assistant to help me. Just show me the list of products that result from what I search up. No extra unnecessary dialogue or extra load times. Or give the option to turn off the AI assistant.

    Do not use this up it's useless garbage, if you god forbid loose access to your email you totally screwed with this app, there solution to recovery deleting account and creating new one meaning all your history of perches are gone in a blink of an eye, and if you buy digital product while you got no access to email you used with them kiss that perches goodbye with your money. If you need to track your packages you better go using 17 track app.

    Before shop, I was manually using my notes app to keep track of when my packages would arrive. But linking shop to my email does all that for me. For that alone this is one of my favorite apps. I find that I don’t really earn shop rewards because I don’t shop within the app itself. I earn better rewards using browser extensions from other apps.

  • Chatbot Search

    The Search tab now has a Chatbot interface, I don’t want that, let me disable the chatbot thing, let me use normal search WITHOUT suggesting to use AI, let me use the old search menu, I don’t have a lot keeping me on Shop, I have so little holding me that this is a reason I’ll switch if its not fixed Also, why do I need to go through a browser and retype my account email/number to manage Privacy options? That’s just them trying to make it annoying in hopes you don’t, if their gonna make it annoying I’ll go through it just to spite whoever did it if I wasn’t planning to before

    Absolutely horrible. My experience with this app has been ridiculous and the customer service was awful. Please review quickly and understand that everything is happening for a reason. I spent $331 and had my package delivered a month and four days later completely unacceptable
