    The app design is nice, super buggy. Have to constantly close app cause it hangs on trying to search items, at checkout trying to choose form of payment type, or when searching customer name. Huge potential but seems to drop the ball. **update** I did what the developer suggested, still hangs. Now when starting the app it will freeze then I have to force close app. Frustrating cause we have online store front that allows the pos to communicate with our online store . Just would be nice to have the app not freeze every 10-20 min while performing a normal function. **update** sent bug report, as recommended by app developer. The app is completely updated and it still hangs, the worst part is it will do this during transactions. So we are constantly having to force close and reopen the app, which will work for about an hour before having to do a force close yet again.

    QA process for shopify is gone. I am store owner on rights and every update i keep losing mu ability to run till counts apply discounts and other items that should be caught in QA
  • The app could be great, but having it fail while making a sale is a huge issue

    Multiple times now I’ve had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app while trying to make a sale at a show. This is an insane experience, and makes it really hard to have confidence. What happens is the app locks up when showing variants, and never loads them. I’ve thrown away the app, even logged out and back in, it only corrects after throwing the app away. And after the last update, it’s started blocking the product listing when you search with the keyboard, so now I have to scroll through all of my products to find the right one. It’s a seriously poor experience for both me and my customers.

    They clearly know this is an issue, but their solution has been to sell additional hardware that doesn’t actually solve the problem. They gaslight you into thinking you are the only one having the issue despite extensive evidence online that all merchants encounter these issues. As a 10 year customer, I’m looking elsewhere due to the impact this has on my business.

    The interface of the app changes every. damn. month. Who did you hire for this, and why are they perpetually dissatisfied with their own work? In a busy retail space when new employees get hired all the time, it’s a huge headache to re-learn how to use the app every couple of weeks. The checkout is different, the discounts are different, the buttons get shuffled around and changed CONSTANTLY. It also now *encourages* you to collect the personal information of customers without their consent. We’re so tired.
