Needs a 360° view for each model and the ability to tap on a specific part of the model and learn exactly what paint was used. Also, if there were an option to view the model in each separate stage of painting, that would be great.

I like this app, I use this app a lot but there’s a LOT of missing functionality. Everything from GW having the rotating models on their site but somehow missing from this app, to being able to wishlist paint colors in the app but there not being a handoff or add to cart function to then purchase them online, to having to track down every mini in a box separately instead of being able to select them as a group (Titus comes with the wardens, why do I have to find them all individually). This app is a good start but there are some quality of life improvements that seem like they should have been there from the beginning.
  • It is time to fix this app

Please add more features. I should be able to zoom and rotate the pictures like on Warhammer.com. There should be step by step instructions. There should be links to video instructions from the model if available. You should have contrast recipes like you had previously. I should be able to see what the color of a paint looks like on an object instead of just the swatch when picking out the color. Come on, it’s 2026. Let’s update this thing.

The app did not have any models I am working on, nor did it have the paint I tried to look up. Easy delete.
  • OK but lacking sync

The app does a decent enough job if showing what you need to paint various regions. However I have the app on both my iPhone and iPad and logged in with the same my Warhammer account. Unfortunately it doesn't sync the projects, inventory, or wishlist between the two. Whats the point of linking it to an account then?

This is a great app just needs regular updates and new models are coming out and this app is recommended for new players and painters of those new models.
  • Great app, just a little outdated.

I love the app and it has helped me with painting my chaos marines and getting all the colors just right. However, like others have said, the Warhammer community articles haven’t been updated in since April of 2024, and new armies such as the Emperor’s Children or new models for existing armies such as sekhetar robots or slaughterbound, or the new saturnine terminators for the 3rd edition of the Horus Heresy. Other than that though, the app does exactly as it says and goes above and beyond!

Most of the time the info it gives is accurate but there’s been more than a few times it’s listed paints that just make no sense to use. This alongside the limited picture range and the fact it takes forever for an update to be released, this app just isn’t worth it.
  • It’s chugging along

An old app true but still a great source even if it takes forever to update. Yes there are things that need Improvement but do as I did and reach out in a— support. I don’t think they read these comments and some of you have great ideas and QoL that should be standard.
  • Great for beginners

I’m still new to Warhammer (Feb 2025), and this app was super helpful at helping me keep track of my citadel paints and for quick access to many different colour schemes. While the pre-made colours on the app don’t always line up to what’s on the model in the image, it’s still helpful for getting an idea of what you might want. I mean, if you want a super in-depth guide, YouTube has plenty.
