    The app just keeps getting worse. Now you can’t even duplicate or import EQ profiles, so make sure you don’t mess anything up because everything you tweak is permanent and irreversible. You have to wait for an ad to finish playing when you open the app. And it comes with a Siri knockoff that nobody asked for

    It’s hard to believe that a company selling amplification products doesn’t have the sense to equalize their audible offerings. Using the sleep stories, for example, some start out loud and become almost impossible to hear, there will be a long break, and the next one will be normal or soft or loud. You would think that they would understand if you were trying to sleep, you would want the sound at the same decibel level throughout. This is not the narrators’ fault.

    This app required to adjust my earbud’s settings just displayed a mandatory ad. You can’t skip it for 5 seconds. In an age of technology products getting worse, I can’t trust a hardware maker going down this path.

    I am using my headphones and this useless app always shows them disconnected. I have to unpair and repair them several times to get the app show them connected.
