  • App says two different things

The app says the buyer has paid for the car and I should ship. Transport is on the way. When I look at sale details, it says he’s only paid the deposit. Which is it!

  • 100% No Reserve

App lists EVERYTHING as a no-reserve auction making it impossible to discern which car is actually likely to sell for the $8000 bid-price, and which is lurking behind a secret $30,000 demand. No-reserve auctions exist for Live, In-Person auctions in order to season the pot—as it were—and stoke bidding interest, they also come with a “guide price above $XX,” they are NOT meant to create false interest and never sell. They are ESPECIALLY not meant to begin auction price at $300 with “no reserve” when there is 100% an absurd reserve in the tens-of-thousands of dollars.

I listed my salvaged car on many platforms. Only eBay charges a fee of $79 before sales! I never authorized the $79 but eBay charges me anyway. The customer service of eBay is super bad too!!
