    I signed up for a eBay business account my eBay account has been suspended because of a violation of the eBay site policy billing method I don’t know why I was suspended I just joined this afternoon to sell on eBay but this is so frustrating and hurtful.

    I can’t seem to get any help linking my payout account to my account. I’m not sure why but this feels tougher than stealing the Declaration of Independence. Very frustrating. And the fees are astronomical.

    I sell on here because I need to make some type of money by if you can go somewhere else. USPS will sometimes not get your package in one piece and no one becomes responsible. Everyone just points to someone else to go to for a dispute. Horrible, and the fees are ridiculous too. I sold a part for $150, the total cost for customer was $238.50. Then -$10.50 eBay sales tax, -$32.84 transactions fee, -$78.00 shipping label, -$11.93 ad fees. Bring me to a grand total of $105.23. At the end the package was mishandled so I dont have a part to sell and they still charged me -78 for this. So now it went from me getting 105.23 to refunding the customer that and 78 bringing my grand total to -$183.23. So if you want to get into this understand this happens

    No means no. No does not mean “Maybe Later”. It’s a shame that this has to be stated to alleged grown adults in 2026. Many of us don’t want to be bothered with completely useless notifications. And when your only two options are “Yes” and “Maybe Later” that implies that you want incessant notifications but at a later time in the future. The standard uniform for everyone working in the tech industry should include white face paint, a fuzzy red nose, and a rainbow colored wig.

    absolutely worthless customer service. it's almost impossible to report a seller, even if it's literally for SCAMMING and listing items they either DON'T HAVE or DONT INTEND TO SELL! not only do you have to jump through hoops just to get to customer service, most options don't have an other button so unless your problem os one of the specific ones on their list THEY JUST WON'T HELP!? And to really put the cherry on the top of this bs sundae; on the miraculous chance that you actually manage to make your way through to customer service or submitting a report, you're immediately referred to some ai bot of theirs thats going to just pretend nothing wrong happened and proceed to do absolutely nothing to assist further! and you have to wait SEVEN WHOLE DAYS just to give a NEGATIVE REVIEW to a seller! if I wanted to experience this level of clownery I would have gone to the circus! RIDICULOUS!

  • Trashiest App Over the Years

    I have been selling on eBay for 15 years. Have sold over 5k items in the past years, so not new to the app. The UI of the app is absolutely horrible and hinders ability to list items quickly. The latest update is horrendous and the UI developers over there should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. They recently made changes to put focus on live-selling, and with that, changes and resets to their push notification settings. We are constantly getting bombarded with notifications about something going Live, price drops etc. It’s gets better - in prior versions you could turn these notifications off in the app. Now when you go to the app to change push notifications, the app glitches out and moves you back to the menu. Now we have to live with dozens of notifications every day in the app without an ability to turn these off. We are trying to run a business and cannot afford to wade through all of the noise. It is crazy that these developers push these new updates out and not test them. Unless it is on purpose to reset push notifications so every single user knows that something is going live? The experience has been horrible in the app over the years. I am strongly considering moving my listings to other apps that make selling easier, cut through the noise of notifications and their app actually works and isn’t from circa 2010.

    Sold an item to where they are holding my money for a month before release they say cause of it being a high cost item but they don’t say what they consider high cost and I pay for instant release of money and still won’t release it.
