It’s a fabulous tool that many companies will be able to use eventually. It needs to be more user friendly with notes that drivers can put in for different drops. The GPS tends to be wrong a lot. Thankfully I have Apple Maps as a backup.

Walmart canceled a lot of orders for drivers in the last few days

THEY RAISE PRICES OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO CONSUMERS BUT TO THE DRIVERS EVERY DAY THEY TREAT US WORSE MANY MORE MILES SUPER LOW PAYMENTS AND EXPENSIVE GASOLINE ILLOGICAL ORDERS 26$ 24 miles for example WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT THIS APP IS NO LONGER USEFUL FOR ANYTHING

Lo único malo es que son muchos pasos para entregar abeses el lugar no es en una zona segura oh hay mucho tráfico se pierde mucho tiempo entregando pero después todo bien 👌🏻

What happened !!! The batch pay is getting lower and lower and the mileage is getting longer and longer for these low paying batches!!! The combining of the dot.com and regular orders is insane!! The pay for those are example , 66(177) items, 5 stops, 4 deliveries, 46 miles, $22 bucks. The shopping orders are no better….$24 for a 30 mile delivery is ridiculous!!! What happened??????

Applied to Spark Driver on Oct 1, 2025. App denied my application instantly at the identity verification step — before even reaching the selfie/biometric stage. The denial email stated support has "no specific details" on why it failed and that I "cannot reapply or continue." The same exact ID information (name, SSN, DL, address) is currently active and in good standing on Amazon Flex, Uber, DoorDash, Veho, and Zifty. Five other platforms verified me successfully. Only Walmart's system failed, with zero explanation. I followed up requesting the adverse action notice that federal consumer protection law requires when a third-party report is used to deny an applicant. No substantive response was provided. The app's onboarding process needs serious improvement. Applicants deserve to know why they were denied — especially when the denial happens before any document review takes place. The current process leaves people with no path forward and no ability to correct what may simply be a database error or false-positive match. If you're applying, be prepared for the possibility of a silent denial with no explanation and no recourse.

I love the flexibility and having the choice which orders I want to take and the layout design of the app. But the tip baiting is a frustrating issue. I’m a Walmart delivery customer myself and I noticed Walmart reduced the window from 24 hours down to 3 hours to make changes to the tip. It would be helpful if they shortened that window even more. Also, adjustments to their base pay for long distance delivery orders would be great. And I don’t know what map program they use but it’s often inaccurate showing the mileage, especially long distance orders. Also, the black notification bar that pops up when declining an offer (saying ‘offer declined’) stays on the screen too long. The black bar covers the ‘reject / accept’ tabs on other orders that are coming in. And please upgrade the bags! The handles rip off too easily!

Execellent app to deliver and earn more with flexible time and consistent earning. Just try to release as soon as possible Driver tips after at least 4 to 8 hours instead of 24. Thanks again Spark. Enjoying it.

It would be very nice if we would get more of a wage for what we’re doing. You’re adding orders to orders and making us do more for less money. It’s not right. I’ve been at this for almost 4 years and now I’m getting kind of tired of it, I’d like my wages to go up
