    Been using the Customer Spark program for some time now first major issue recently developed! Login information is being rejected by admin? Most recent could not authenticate credentials?! It seems the app is in need of some more housekeeping here. Been patient with the E-gift card problems and now this!

    So “data opt in” was stuck on my spark for a while before I finally went to my settings and changed them around. Go to Display and brightness Display zoom Default It may suck to have to change my own settings but it worked! I was finally able to submit data opt in info.

    makes you select data like gender ethnicity etc and then won’t scroll down and can’t save choices and now can’t do anything unless you save choices but you can’t save them so just stuck

    Here’s the thing, when a multi-billion dollar corporation has a technical issue that spans weeks or more it shines a very poor light on how that corporation conducts business. Had this problem been dealt with in a timely manner, there wouldn’t be any reason for poor reviews.
