I’ve had a lot of issues with this app, it can’t find activities, you go and send me an email come and do this activity and then it says it’s not even there. You want me to do these surveys and activities or you don’t. And forget about customer service it’s nonexistent, I’ve never got any responses to any of my issues and they’ve never fixed anything. Extreme difficulty trying redeem rewards, lost quests in surveys, repeatedly refuses or is unable to load can’t load rewards can’t locate surveys can’t do anything. I feel that the app does not take the customers seriously or how much of their time it wastes.

Awful app that is consistently buggy and slow to load. ZERO STARS

Like others have said, you get logged out often, and it seems like you have to change your password to get back in. Once you're finally in, nothing loads...just spinning circles. If you're lucky enough to get an activity to load, it rarely counts because the app stops working.

The app is great when it works, which is rare. Most of the time, it either won’t load or has an error when trying to access your rewards.

Always tells me I have quests, then when I click them says congratulations, they’re already done. Have to try 5-6 times to even do the quests every time. Always takes forever to load.

I really appreciate the opportunity to be apart of the spark community! The rewards I wish were a bit bigger, as well as wish you was able to complete additional surveys

I enjoy taking the surveys, they are generally not too long and it helps me share my opinion of the products I actually shop for. Often times they don’t apply but that’s okay, it’s worth it in the end.

You DID NOT fix the gift card redemption issue!! I have filled out the contact form twice now, both times took almost a week for a generic response trying to place the blame on how we navigate the app. THERE IS NO URL TO SHARE, we are on the frickin’ app!!! IT IS NOT US, IT IS YOU!! When I redeemed points for a gift card at the beginning of the month, it took my points and placed a gift card link in my history. However, when I click on the link, all I get is the spinning spark logo-it will not generate the gift card barcode. I then tried older links, NONE OF THEM WILL OPEN. I tried on my laptop as well-it just refreshes back to the history screen. Also, I never received the usual email confirmation. I sometimes spend 10-15 minutes on each survey, with the understanding we are compensated with point to use towards Walmart gift cards. You are not living up to your end of the agreement!!

Every time I try to logon to my account I have to change my password. Every. Single. Time. Anytime I close out the app I get logged out so each week when I get new surveys I have to change my password. It’s not worth my trouble
