    I lost access to the email associated with my account, thus my Arena account itself, and Customer Support was more than unhelpful. It took them a week to respond to my email, just to ask me twice for information I had already provided, then stopped responding altogether. My ticket remains opened and ignored for over 2 weeks now, and the retrieval of the account I had for 5 years seems impossible. Disappointed in WOTC.

    Had to play scripted battles that are ridiculously easy for like an hour before I just uninstalled.. not fun. When you switch apps it has to reload from the beginning, reconnect to the server.. total pain. Required over 6GB for a card game? Just silly.

    Hello, Just wanted to say. Magic has been fun for me for over 10 years.. I’ve loved playing MTG online and playing ranked. I’m Diamond Rank. I would consider myself in the top 5-10% ( maybe even 1-4% of players?) of players in the world. However, finally getting to this point made me realize how broken the game actually is. You see the biggest exploits amongst the top players because half of them aren’t actually good or smart. They just found a broken build from YouTube or somewhere. And implement it. It hurts me and other players who actually are good and have spent hours perfecting our decks only for cards that shouldn’t even exist in the first place, to stop you and beat you over and over. EX: red card that cost 1 mana and hit any creature / player / or planeswalker for 3 and cannot be prevented… the issue there is that it’s 1 mana, why? At least 2 mana. Card is way too overpowered. Didn’t anyone take that into consideration making the card? Are the people who make the cards any good? Are any of them diamond or mythic players ? Because if they’re not on that level they don’t understand how they’re ruining the game for skillful players. And I mean achieving a high rank with an original deck you made yourself without broken exploits. Another broke mechanic and how ignorant the people who work at Magic is, you have unlimited planeswalkers out on the field. They don’t require any mana to do their moves only health which they gain every turn , and mind you. These cards are already some of the strongest in the game. So it would only make sense that you could only have 1 in play at a time. Nope! Not these idiots in charge! I would be mythic if I started using those same cards too but it’s not fun at all and the it’s made me actually made me realize how much I hate playing now. It use to be so fun and competitive, Seeing different builds. Every once in a while some ridiculous broken deck but other than that, just Original people who are good. But because the people in charge don’t really care or realize what they’re doing. Elite players are leaving one by one. If anyone made it this far. Let me put you on. Try Final Fantasy TCG instead of magic. Much better card game and mechanics and the people in charge care about making a quality game

    Great game when it runs properly! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to delete and r-download this game! I’ve been in tons of games that you have to pay for and it ultimately crashes and your just out of luck! The amount of money you have to pay (10 dollars per powered cube draft) is just wrong! You will be spending lots of money to be even somewhat competitive in the games you don’t have to buy gems for.

    Game is rigged, played 8 games in a row and had 40 manna in the commander deck and every game I got 3 land and that’s it the entire 8 games. Update, they blocked my account because I left a bad review

    This game is terrible. The “smoothing” they claim to use is just a rigged shuffler. You can tell with your opening hand, if you’ve played enough games, whether you’ll win or lose. Have a top meta 60 card deck? Get ready to get crushed by a deck with over 200 cards. It’s laughable how easy the rigging is to tell. The bots on here are another thing. The developers of this game should be fired. Too bad this company is more worried about pronouns and character dei changes than to fix this horrid game.

    I am new to the game and am playing on paper, I wanted to get this and register an account and play, however it says invalid email when I put in a definitely valid email I use for other things, it is a Gmail email if it helps.
