This paper needs better balance.

While I enjoy my online WSJ, I miss having an actual paper. Unfortunately, the female paper delivery person was sporadic in actually delivering the paper. We made several complaints about not getting our paper deliveries but no action was taken. We see the woman still makes deliveries in our neighborhood but fewer and fewer people are receiving actual paper deliveries because of poor service. We live in West Lake Hills, Tx on the Austin boarder. We also receive an Austin American Statesman online delivery. This same woman delivers those papers. The quality of the American Statesman went down when they moved their Austin offices to San Antonio. We love the articles and editorials in the WSJ. THANK YOU.

The printed edition stopped being delivered to my house years ago. This is the next best thing.

Appreciate the developers for offering an alternative to the "live feed" that is the main WSJ app. I just hope the developers use it themselves so they know what to improve on.
