    App keeps on crashing on my IPhone XR done all of the troubleshooting nothing fixes it, I try calling them good luck getting ahold of their X1 department through Robinhood. Nobody can schedule a payment over the phone or anything you can only make payments through this app. I explain it doesn’t work and these useful people on customer service tell me oh I’ll be reached out through email. Still not resolved days later.

  • Shady payment practices

    Payments routinely take WEEKS (not exaggerating) to process; they take money from your account and you practically have to beg them to credit it. You then have to contact Customer Service via email (there’s no number), where they pretty much give you a scripted answer that has nothing to do with the question at hand. A payment gets made, over a week later it’s still not credited, Customer Service then says it can take up to 4 business days (the payment was made nearly 4 weeks ago at this point). AVOID AT ALL COST!

  • Issue with the latest application update - removes bonus multipliers.

    Was prompted with an upgrade application prompt and after updating to this latest version my monthly 3x bonus which resets in the 30th of the month was reset to a lowest bonus I’ve seen of 1.5 prior to the update it was 2x points. Also the weekly bonus categories ex. Gas, grocery shopping, etc. are now all missing. I’ve emailed tech support via the app and haven’t received any response back.

    This new “update” removed Boosts from the app. No more 3 or 4x points for a restaurant check, gas stop, etc. Guess it is time to move on to something else 🤷‍♂️

    They recently substantially changed their rewards program for the worse, and it’s always been a pain to redeem rewards for their full value. And, their customer service has been pretty frustrating to work with over the years. Not a single time I asked for something that other credit card companies had given me did X1 help. The help option is to text them and they reply two business days later, which is not helpful for urgent requests, particularly when X1 blocks a purchase without explanation that you actually need to make.

    Up until November of 2025, my account offers 2x points back and bonus categories each week for even more cash back. As of the current update, it’s only 1.5x back and the bonus categories are gone. It’s time to go get a new card issuer.
