    30 days after starting my programs I was able to reduce my medication by 1/2 for my high blood pressure. I’m at 167 days and still taking a 1/2 dose. My doctor was pleased. I have started slow walking and so far I am enjoying it. Hope to lose some weight fell stronger and I’m now taking 1/4 of my prescription and my blood pressure is good. I’m on my 3rd round of Tai Chi and building muscle stamina and balance. I’ve lost inches but not pounds. Feeling good!
