Hi, I needed a game that lets you develop games, and I download it, and realize I know nothing about coding or making games. So I’m here wondering how to do this whole thing. No AI has helped me find out. And I need to know if this is simple coding. Cuz I literally have no idea what to do

This is finally an app that lets you code on your iPhone. It lets you import and export other projects
  • Free Tier Too Restrictive

The developers specifically advised me the free tier of Xogot supports plugins, so I gave the app another try. It turns out plugins require a subscription after all, so I feel obligated to leave another review. I appreciate what they’re trying to do, but the entire freemium model is misleading. It’s hard to justify purchasing software that disappoints you before you’ve even finished setting up your project.

So I’m tryna make a 2d game to start. I am used to desktop 3d Godot so this was new. And I tried to make and or import a sprite cuz there were none already in the app. But I tried and I can’t. Then i tried a 3d project but there were only like two collision things that I understood and there was no inspector bar to change shape or size plz help. 😭😭

I like how that you decided “yeah, let’s put godot on the iPads.” And it’s good, although I’m im a dev who relies on visual code, you guys should add a feature to add plugins from your files. =(・v・)=

Good app that feels pretty similar to actual Godot. It can be a little clunky in places but overall it works pretty well. Included tutorials are also helpful.
  • Lifesaver- I use it as a code editor

My current situation makes it very difficult to use my laptop to develop my game, so this being a code editor is monumentally helpful to my productivity
  • I’m disappointed
