  • Disappointment

After downloading the app and logging in, I was met with a curated feed of posts from groups I’ve joined decades ago and forgotten to leave. Why on earth would I even waste my time downloading yet another app just to have an aggregation of Facebook Group posts is the dumbest idea.

Thanks for creating this app! It’s great to have a space that allows us to focus directly on engaging in the Groups we care about most.

Love the app but would be great to have more hooks for people to keep going back to use it. Would love it be Reddit + Douban!

Reddit has gotten too political for me and full of bots not to say this does too but it feels like what Reddit was years ago.
  • Irreversibly ruined my FB groups experience

I wish I’d never installed this app! Initially it seemed good because it showed posts from groups I joined with only a few annoying “suggested” posts. But after a couple of days my feed became 100% unwanted “suggested” posts - and clicking on hide or not interested on those posts does nothing. Worse yet this spread and also now happens on FB groups on my desktop; where I used to only see a few suggested posts in my feed on desktop, now that’s basically all I get. So thanks to this app, my groups feed has become a cesspool just like regular FB - even if I don’t use this app. Thanks Meta!

I’m thinking it needs a few more tweaks. I like that I have all my groups in one spot and u can see them all but it still needs something.

I'm not sure why we need a dedicated Facebook group app when my feed is absolutely overwhelmed with Groups posts now. However, if we are going to have one, it would be nice that it worked correctly. I can't post anything with a photo. Every single time I get an error message that it can't upload the photo. And then if you continue with the post anyway, it just disappears into the ether with no error message or anything, it's just gone. So, a lot of wasted time.
  • This app is exactly what I wanted!

I didn’t expect to like this app as much as I do honestly. Most social apps eventually start showing too much random stuff, but this one actually feels easier to shape around your own interests. The “tune your feed” feature is probably my favorite part. After using it for a bit, my feed started feeling way more relevant and less noisy. I’m seeing more discussions I actually care about instead of endless viral content. The conversations also feel more real and less performative compared to other platforms. It reminds me of old internet forums but with a much cleaner design and smarter recommendations. Still early, but Meta might actually have something really good here.
  • Needs IG login option at least

The focus should've been adding a reddit clone connected to threads and ig, posts connected to ppls other profiles, using facebook and facebook groups was an odd choice, digg is gone so this could be a good reddit replacement with how they've ruined their site/app
