After select a campaign, app freeze

So hard to understand

I have been trying to run ads for the longest without success. I come to make a complain and I am chatting with ‘Ben’ that sounded suspicious. How do u rectify or even know why I cannot successfully run ads to grow my page?

Very good in keeping me aligned with my budget

I have tried every support tab I could find to ask them to stop charging me. I used the service for one item on marketplace. It hadn’t sold in less than two weeks so I ended the listing. So far I’ve had three bills for different amounts plus I now have two different accounts? Nothing listed under either. I just want to find out how to get meta ads to stop! Quick me! I no longer want to use this “service” with why to actually connect to a real place to STOP billing me.

I don’t know what I am doing but it’s been fun!

Adds often don’t run while it says they’re active. Specifications on audience are very broad. Glitchy system.
