Launch Sales Doctor is a local-first launch sales doctor for indie mobile developers who want a weekly readout from their own CSV or TSV revenue exports. Paste local sales rows, generate a launch sales diagnosis, review refunds and SKU movement, then export a Markdown launch note after the one-time unlock. The app is built for developers who do not want to rebuild the same spreadsheet after every release, pricing change, or launch week. The app runs locally, does not require an account, does not use a server, and does not connect to external developer portals in this release.
