Deposit Evidence Pack is a local-first tool for US renters preparing move-in or move-out condition records for a security deposit. It turns ad hoc camera rolls, notes, generic PDF scanners, landlord/property-manager inspection apps, or no structured record at all into a repeatable workflow with one focused paid export. The app runs locally, does not require an account, does not use a server, and does not connect to external developer portals in this release.
