    It's completely wrong by design. Putting all the features of all the stand-alone apps that did not previously require auth behind auth. Not to mention your password may be complex and kept in an offline password vault for a purpose. T-mo, stop showing features here and separate them out to purpose built Apple like they were meant to be. I should not have to log to T-mo to access my car tracker for instance

    I’ve been getting charged month after month for a service I wanted to cancel. I go into the store and they tell me to call customer service and vice versa. I finally get it cancelled 6 months later and I want the money I’ve been getting billed back but nobody wants to help, I try and dispute it and they give me more run around. Terrible customer service, terrible service. Don’t bother.

    I called T-Mobile customer service four times today tonight even gave one answer to a question that I asked regarding upgrading my phone. The service was so bad that I’m actually gonna be looking into other companies and transferring my number. I highly recommend to stay away from T-Mobile because their service is as bad as can be in 2026 you would think how can this actually exist but unfortunately it does here at T-Mobile.

    I love this app but I will Love it more if I can get more details about bank transactions instead of pure one line description. You can not click the page to get details of what was deposited or withdrawn- the transaction page is not Live! Are you going to improve or update the activity page? 5/20/26

    I’ve been with them since 2025, my first few months were fine then my bills started getting “teturned” with nothing showing in my account. Then my account is immediately suspended with a 15 dollar return charge, more than 100 dollar late fee on top of paying the bill again, this has been happening since September of 2025 and they will not help at all. They tell you check with your bank. T-Mobile is a scam. 130 a month for 1 line, I’m paying 13 dollars of that to my phone, no protection plan. They’re thieves

    When you want to add a watch line, they are not showing the bring your own device plan, they ads 8.x$ a month for a watch but after all you will pay 50$ a month if you continue, and there is no option to remove it from your cart🫪
