    Worst customer service ever nothing ever gets fixed tickets never get answered no correspondence locking of numbers that you port in on your own device they stop your cellular services their device they burn your cellular services. You have to purchase more. They get upset if you email the investigation that the representatives never answered back somebody always wants to get in your accountant. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen

    Every time I change focus to a different app and come back, the app starts over from the beginning. It’s maddening. Trying to use 1Password to manage my login information and every time I switch to 1Password and back, it starts over completely fresh like I’ve never opened before. It has all of the downsides of a website and all the downside of using an app.

    In many, many years with the company this is my very first review ever! The new CEO is ghetto, cheap and absolute trash. Ever since she has come on customer service has had a disrespectful sharp decline into the depths of hell. You will not be on hold for less than AN HOUR anytime you call. Morning, noon, night, you are on never ending holds. Then you finally get someone and they are SO DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. NASTY DESPICABLE ATTITUDES like they’re doing you a favor for paying them and choosing to be a customer with them. They are soooo condescending and nasty and rude and actually start arguments with you and cut you off! I have never! They are soooooo unprofessional!!! It’s absolutely disgusting. I don’t say this lightly. In fact this might be my first time ever saying this about anyone but PLEASE FIRE HER. She is ghetto, cheap and trying to make this the Spirit Airlines of phone services. Not gonna work. T-Ghetto will be the new name courtesy of the recent changes. T-Ghetto.
