  • The Freeze problem STILL not fixed!

    It’s been months now and the app still keeps freezing up and it’s the only app on my phone that does this. This is not the first time I’ve contacted you about the problem…I really enjoyed the game for YEARS before this bug hit—I like gifting fellow players and the crosswords are well composed. BUT….please FIX THE FREEZE PROBLEM!!!!

    Why did the coins for winning the tournament drop drastically? I won 97 coins for first place and today 65 for first place This app expects you to screen shot every move you make in order to prove you completed an offer or have an in game issue What's the incentive to complete mini and midi games once you've completed 50? None - they don't add any points to the tournament. How about adding more goals to reach with them. Additionally, having a player earn over 800 points in a tournament in about an hour is ridiculous! I get that you're in the business to make money but let's keep the tournament fair. It's impossible to finish a game in 1 second without buying every single word. Take their money but these players should be banned from the tournament. Suggestion: put a minimum time into the game for finishing one. It's physically impossible to answer the clues for an entire game without cheating aka buying every clue, in one second. Put at least 2 minutes as the minimum time. Sick of losing against cheaters who complete their puzzles in zero seconds!! Lastly it used to be 300 coins if you finished first Now it is some random amount🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ And of course no answer from developers really sick of players “completing” a puzzle in zero seconds Reporting ton the FCC

  • Getting ripped off

    I like crosswords with friends. but I’ve been noticing lately when I get 20 or more coins I’ll play the main puzzle with no problem, and the mid puzzle with no problems, but when I play the mini puzzle it automatically turns on the see wrong option that costs 20 coins and I don’t click on it. Matter of fact the only option listed for the mini puzzle is letter blast. What gives????

    When it’s working, I love this app. But, if you get frustrated easily by points disappearing, frequent ads, loosing internet connection when all other apps have no problem…you’ll enjoy it. I hope the developers can figure out bug fixes (because this has been going on for a couple yrs). I’d love to give it a 5 star.

    For the past week or so the app has been freezing up after a minute or so. Seems it happens when new ads are served. I’m on an iPhone Pro 18 running the latest iOS version.

    I know it’s all about making money but this latest update has ruined the app. Others might pay the monthly fee to access the three puzzles but there are better free apps out there. Stuck with this app because i played for years.

  • Purchased Packs Disappear

    I like playing this game. I would get five stars, however, purchased packs disappear. It’s not like it resets and give you the coins back. The coins you used to purchase and the packs just disappear. So don’t buy packs unless you’re going to play all the puzzles in one sitting.

    I usually enjoy playing these crosswords, especially the puzzle packs. However, last night I used my coins to purchase 5 puzzle packs and when I went to play them today, 4 of the 5 were missing! I’m less than pleased! Is there a way I can get back either the puzzle packs or the coins that I used?
