  • Keeps freezing

    I like the puzzles in this app but they keep freezing. I have to get out, completely close the app and start over. It’s really annoying.

    For the past couple weeks, I have to shut off my phone in order to get out of the app when I’m working on my puzzle because it freezes up. I’ve had this app for years but I’m so frustrated, I’m getting ready to delete it.

  • I quit after years due to bugs

    I have played this for decades but there are serious bugs in the latest version. I use an iPhone 16 with the latest iOS. Now the game just randomly stops responding while playing. Restarting doesn’t help. Deleting the game and reinstalling doesn’t help. It is not my network connection since everything other app works just fine when this one is having a tantrum.

    I’ve been playing this game on and off since 2013. Lately, this app has been disappointing. Almost every day, it crashes and/or locks up my phone during puzzles. If I try to download a new puzzle pack, it says “download failed” even if I haven’t played any puzzles in it yet. Finally, I completed the latest event and the “mini event” doesn’t exist. I’m considering finding a new crossword app if the first issue specifically can’t be resolved. The other two issues are whatever, but my phone locking up is ridiculous!

    Why did the coins for winning the tournament drop drastically? I won 97 coins for first place and last week 65 for first place and 61 points This app expects you to screen shot every move you make in order to prove you completed an offer or have an in game issue What's the incentive to complete mini and midi games once you've completed 50? None - they don't add any points to the tournament. How about adding more goals to reach with them. Additionally, having a player earn over 800 points in a tournament in about an hour is ridiculous! I get that you're in the business to make money but let's keep the tournament fair. It's impossible to finish a game in 1 second without buying every single word. Take their money but these players should be banned from the tournament. Suggestion: put a minimum time into the game for finishing one. It's physically impossible to answer the clues for an entire game without cheating aka buying every clue, in one second. Put at least 2 minutes as the minimum time. Sick of losing against cheaters who complete their puzzles in zero seconds!! Lastly it used to be 300 coins if you finished first Now it is some random amount🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ And of course no answer from developers really sick of players “completing” a puzzle in zero seconds Reporting ton the FCC

    I have play this game for many years. After the last update, it starts crashing when you try to play or it freezes up that it will not let me open the screen. Help! This is one of my favorite games and I have played it for many years.

    Lately the puzzles keep freezing and I have to shut off the app and restart it. This happens multiple times per puzzle. There’s also WAY too many long ads.

  • Stop taking my coins!

    Since switching to this new, updated version, the See Wrong is constantly turning itself on, which automatically deducts 20 coins each time. I NEVER turn this on as I don’t want to use 20 coins and I’m getting very upset about this. If it doesn’t stop soon, I’ll be saying goodbye to my favorite app.
