    I have been playing since 2011 and LOVE the game BUT… The AI/Bots continue to challenge me daily. I keep declining them and will continue to do so. I only want to play other humans.

    Game repeatedly opens with incorrect information for players and there is only a circle at top which when tapped, does nothing.

    A recent, highly insulting ad featured an overweight, African-American man in a frilly maid outfit. It was probably AI generated but that’s irrelevant. I’ve been playing this game almost every morning for over 10 years, but if that ad pops up I will drop the game. I couldn’t find a link to complain to them directly.

    Boggle is fun. I enjoy playing this game. But this app is a disaster. The ads are numerous and intrusive (WHY do I get 3 ads in a ROW trying to get me to sign up for Boggle Premium???). Bots are rife, and you can’t report them, because the report feature doesn’t work. The app is becoming laggier. It’s in desperate need of an overhaul.

    I’d gladly pay to have ads removed. Games are about concentration, ads are about distraction. As it is, I’m uninstalling. Thanks.

    I’ve been playing for more years than I should admit. Lately the game has become unstable and the support is almost non-existent. In the past one could submit an issue and get a customized response. Now it’s almost impossible to even tell them there’s a problem no less get real help. Still a fun game - when it works.

  • Not fun playing with bots!

    This used to be a fun game! Now every second, a bot starts a game with you and if you decline, it shows up as a “loss”. If you play, it’s a waste of time. I’ve wrote to them over and over. My friends have wrote to them over and over. They literally NEVER fix it. Most times they close the ticket before you can even respond. I still play but I’m wearing thin!
