    I’ve played this game for years and recently ran into an issue where powerups will not work properly. Most frustratingly, paying 25 coins for the ‘supercharge’ on the word-finder power up highlights the same low-scoring word as without the supercharge. I’ve spent well over 200 coins needlessly, and this has made the game immensely less enjoyable.

    6/10/26 - same complaints sent,same canned responses, same nothing changes. Clearly nothing is going to change. Same complaint for over 4 years and here we are in 2026 and we get the same canned response or not. I have been playing this for 10+ years do you not care? Ads, ridiculous-many pop up after each move, algorithm gives too many vowels (the favorite) or consonants, oldest games in cue are not displaying. Why won’t you listen because so many say the same suggestions. 1/23/26. Last post 10/25 no change or response

    This game used to really be great. I’ve been using since it came out so so long ago. Now, it has so many popups wanting you to buy this and that and it is beyond annoying. It’s down right obnoxious! I would pay a monthly fee to turn off all the extra frills that people are probably paid a lot of money for to ultimately make this game lame, except for the friends I’ve been playing with since the beginning.

    Play a turn? Ad. Top of the page? Ad. Watching an ad? Redirect to download page for advertised app. Want to close the ad? Microscopic close button. Want to pay to get rid of the ads? Sure, pay $15 for the season pass which gets rid of the ads...until next season. Thats right - they turned getting rid of ads into a subscription model. This isn't keeping the lights on; this is predatory.

    Currently, every time I open the app I’m receiving a new dice game challenge. I’ve toggled off all notifications but I’m still getting the challenges with every login. I used to get maybe one or two challenges a month and have enjoyed playing, but this is way too much. Please address the issue ASAP. Thanks
