    It would be nice if this app would connect. I have tried with my phone and my tablet. Neither one will connect.

  • No Firmware Update

    It’s painful to update the firmware. I have Windows 11, installed the driver, and it is still not displaying the Katana drive. I followed the instructions on how to enable the amp to update the firmware, but no luck! They should add the firmware update using this app.

    Will not connect. The amp has been great, but I haven’t been able to connect to the app once since buying the katana air ex. Pretty terrible user experience.

    There needs to be a serious UX overhaul on this app. It’s clunky and unintuitive and unappealing to the eye. I LOVE the hardware though. When I compare this to the Spark Live app, there’s a clear winner in terms of software design

  • Bluetooth Won’t Function (Brand new Headset)

    I got this headset today to play my guitar and the Bluetooth won’t even pair at all. It will present the menu options and the headset is solid blue (showing it’s connected). Cmon Roland!

    This app was useful for Katana 50mkII with AIRSTEP Kat but after last update now it won’t pair. Katana librarian is an alternative. I’ll go back to using macOS version.

  • Airstrip kat edition just stopped showing up for bluetooth connection

    With this 2.0 update I can no longer connect my airstep kat to the app anymore. While I could still connect it to other apps like the katana librarian. Please fix this.

    I still getting the message communication error.. its a shame because the Headphone is amazing! Great effects and overall sound, but the App doesn't work...
