  • A good idea

This program started off with what seem to be a good plan to do. It is unclear how much of the app I could utilize and I also see the price is going to go up $30 next, so it’s over for me.

Didn’t receive a notice of renewal like most apps do. It renewed at $99 for 3 months. I asked support about it and they gave me an awesome upgrade with no renewals. Thank you! Love the app, just wasn’t ready for the renewal.

I have been enjoying the Tai Chi and Pilates classes. I really liked the instructor I had in the beginning and somehow I was switched to someone else and I not sure how to get back. Lots to choose from.

They are very responsive once you connect with them. The email reply is quick and the response is obvious they listened. They resolved the concern. Now they have a fan of their app and this company!! Check it out.
  • Yoga-Go, traditional yoga

Two and a half years ago, at age 65, I saw this program on social media and decided to start an exercise routine. I had been basically sedentary and wanted to tone and strengthen my body, and lose belly fat. I tried all of the different methods that were offered, and preferred traditional yoga. I spent a year doing beginning yoga, a couple of months doing intermediate, then moved to advanced yoga. I try to do yoga every day, even when traveling, and on vacation. I love that I only need a yoga mat and my phone or iPad, I can schedule my workout to meet my needs, and I can do my workouts in privacy. I also enjoy the flexibility of choosing between 7-minute workouts, flat-belly workouts, or my longer traditional yoga sessions. I have recommended this program to many friends and family due to its flexibility and my satisfaction. I feel strong and confident, and I’ve lost about 40 pounds and four dress sizes!

I bought a time limited plan and used Apple Pay. I just looked at it and this company has charged me 50$ three times in as many weeks. I filed a dispute for two because the third they couldn’t see yet. This is a flat out scam
  • Incompetence

Their claim was they could not find my email: the one associated with my account. Then, the request was made to send screenshots of all this other stuff: purchase receipts, account details, etc. Is this really where we are-instead of doing their jobs at a basic level of competence, the consumer is asked to do all these things FOR them? What are we doing here? This is the digital age, right? Perhaps it’s time, we, as a world, return to analog living. At least in part. Teach problem solving. Resolution. Basic searching. My best advice: Take your business elsewhere.

I love the yoga go app, lots of guided exercises and meditation. I’ve been doing the Tai Chi and chair yoga. I also love the yoga even though I’ve been trying to master the Tai Chi lately 💫I’m feeling so much more grounded and strong❤️

It’s impossible to repeat part of a program without doing all of the sessions and then starting over! I hate this app. It’s awful. Save your money.
