    I use Yoga-Go every day to do tai chi one time a day. I did the first month of tai chi classes and now I’ve started my second month. I am enjoying the gentleness of the classes and the flexibility, where each participant can work at their own ability and level. And I’m also enjoying that the second set of tai chi classes is NOT exactly the same as the first set. It is clearly being updated regularly and this is very satisfying for me. Jan S

    Deceptive billing model. You sign up for a free app but because it’s through the Apple Store they have your credit card number and can automatically charge you $99 whenever they feel like it. I immediately canceled a subscription I had no idea I had signed up for and was told the $99 is nonrefundable. The US Congress is currently drafting laws to protect us against such practices.

    The first thing I noticed was a change in my mood. At first I had to fight the urge to empty the washer, turn on the dryer, make and do all the little things on my to do list. But once I learned to push back on those thoughts and concentrate on a few minutes just for me….. The difference at the end is shuttle but clearly a nice feeling.

    I didn’t know they were going to charge so much and I never found where was notification of how much it would cost. Then out of nowhere my credit card got slammed with charges I never signed up for. I have deleted the app and I am hoping there will be no more charges to my credit card.

    The video quality is terrible. It skips and buffers the entire time—not ideal for a fluid exercise. $20 GONE! For nothing. “No refunds available” by the way, so this company is awful. They take your money and give you a broken product.
