  • A Plan Worth Doing Daily

It’s been decades since I found a fitness video I could stick with daily. This Tai Chi streaming app program brought me back to a daily practice. Since my knees became severely arthritic I could not do a Yoga routine anymore. Even a Tai Chi class I attended was too hard for my knees to do. This app program is doable even if you have knees as bad as mine! Many poses can be done seated. My only criticism is that you have to interpret the pose viewed as the opposite side from the teacher’s image. It would be easier to follow if the teacher called out the opposite side from his to activate. I’ve had other instructors who have done this and it made the posture easier to follow.

I wanted to give this a try. I am being charged 38.95 a month with no way to cancel. I’ve tried the APP, the Website…it doesn’t allow you to submit a cancelation request. No phone, no email, no chat, nothing. No summary of what they enrolled me in. Absolutely no way to get out of this! There are plenty of free options on you tube. Don’t get scammed! I’ve filed dispute with my credit card company. Hoping they can resolve this. This is outrageous! Don’t enroll!
  • Frustrating

I have been VERY frustrated by this program. It would not advance from beginner after 28 days and while I could access intermediate from the Library, it would not let me advance to the next level. And it was going to renew in 3 months to $119 even though there are far cheaper plans. I was getting ready to refer to my patients, but the way this program works would frustrate them.

I love the variety you offer and the great instructions included. You change up the background noise/music which helps it from getting mundane. After I finish a 30 day plan, however, I wish it would continue with some advanced plan or continue with the longer workout at day 30 instead of taking me back to day one and having shorter workouts again. Any way to avoid that? Could you include some workouts for lower back pain or to strengthen particularly just the back? Thanks so much. I enjoy my yoga workouts with you!

It’s been my pleasure to follow the instructions from Ann for wall Pilates. She has been consistent. The beginning had me wandering if the exercises were going to benefit me or not. What I found was that the positions over a period of time did in fact increase my flexibility. I look forward to completing my session each morning and occasionally in the evening.
