    I was told I was getting a trial. They ended up charging me twice about $88 each time and I tried to email them and I said I can’t use this. I have medical issuesand what was in there garbage anyways - I told them medically I couldn’t use it - they insisted on giving it to me for free for a year. I told them I didn’t want it for free. I wanted my money back. They said they wouldn’t charge me again, but I never got my money back. They are a scam do not believe them on their trial and the content in there is useless. They could’ve been ethical and giving me my money back, but instead i’m taking my precious time to tell people to run for the hills and don’t go anywhere near these near these people they are unethical. And any garbage AI response that you put in response to this bottom line unless you want to charge back put the money back onto my card. Everybody else run for the hills they make it look ethical, but it’s not.

    Not what I was expecting. It is very user friendly, and slightly encouraged me to get up and do something. But the workout was very boring and definitely not engaging enough to make a difference in my body. I signed up for one month ONLY for 9.99 however was alerted by my credit card company for a fradulent charge of 39.99. WalkFit renewed my subscription without my consent at 40/month. I instantly went in to cancel (even though I never authorized) and WalkFit offered me the same subscription for 7.79/month. Also not worth it. Scamming app developer, money hungry? Not sure. Lost my business for sure though.

    I have used walkfit before with great results but I had to leave for awhile. I came back and had some trouble getting on the app. Contacted them for help and received a fast response. They were very helpful and determined to figure out the issue. It was resolved and they offered me several options to compensate me for my troubles. They did not have to do that! I was treated with kindness and care and will forever be a member. They truly are here for their members!

    So I’ve been trying to get into the app and I’ve put my email in And it asks for a password, but I don’t know what it is. So I asked her to send me an email and I’ve pressed the button. But it still isn’t working. I would love to know how to fix that. All the reviews sound great.

    The exercises were easy and only 8 minutes but I couldn’t find time because I was so busy with life. I did get to use it a few times and did enjoy it and if you can afford it you will too
  • Not worth the effort

    **edit** After sending about 15 emails back and forth I finally was able to get my account cancelled and they refunded my money. The app was fine I just didn’t need it anymore because I got an Apple Watch but cancelling the account was extremely difficult.** I had an account on an android device and then switched to an iPhone. I went into the app and into my App Store to view the subscription so I could cancel it and there was nothing popping up, and then a few weeks later I was charged and when I contacted customer support about it they said that I wasn’t charged and that I need to cancel through my google play account which I no longer have. They also just won’t cancel my subscription even though I explained several times that I don’t have access to cancel it.

    New programs needed within the app. As an advanced user the app is losing its flair. Repeating workouts gets boring and is not motivating. Syncing information is also becoming slower over time.

    I appreciate the feedback this app gives for my walks. I could just dig through the Apple Health app and see how many steps I’ve taken but it wouldn’t give me the big fire circle showing us hit my goals. One big improvement they need to make: if you do one of the workouts in the app and click that you did it the steps aren’t added to your total. I can’t hold my phone and watch the workout to follow it, so I get no credit for doing those workout - so I just don’t do them. That should be changed. But otherwise I’m very happy with it.

    I hate to purchase something that doesn’t have a trial. What if it doesn’t work or I don’t like it. Even if it was just a couple of weeks, you get a feel for it.
