    I have had the app for 29 days and completed the daily goals each day. In addition, I’ve completed a few extra challenges. I find the exercise routines to be easy to follow. Each day is different routines so it’s not boring.

    I had a bilateral hip replacement last August 2025, have been struggling a bit with at home physical therapy. I was looking for light work out therapy. Glad I joined. First session felt great with no stress to my body. Thank you! A great start to my day.

    When I first got the APP I loved the beginner program and the interval levels that took me up slowly. It really got me ready for my trip to Greece and I made it to the top of Acropolis. After finding out about my degenerative back disease I had to cut out all exercise until my diagnosis. The team was very helpful in my cancelling the service and refunding my renewal when it automatically renewed.

    I’m 78 years old and I just wanted to try your exercise at home. After receiving your email. You recommended that I fill out a registration (asking the same questions I answered when I paid for the program.) At the end of these questions, you offer another plan that I would have to pay for! You also recommended that I download an App that required a payment. According to your TV commercial, I thought I’d simply open your email and everything be easily accessible. I was wrong! I thought the printable guide and the plan would be easily there. Instead, you required me to pay more money for an additional plan? Your ad was very misleading. Sounds like Full advertising to me. Regretfully Ms Poole
