    I find that the Tai Chi chair fitness works perfectly for me. Most of the exercises are just challenging enough for a good workout. Other exercises are rather challenging, but gives me a goal to achieve

    I love this app. It keeps me motivated to workout at least weekly and I try to get 3 workouts a week in. I’m a 62 year old male and am on a 53 week streak. The only suggestion I have is I use a functional training in home cable system gym and most of the workouts are for free weights. I’ve managed to adapt the workouts with my equipment but would love to have the app provide a functional gym workout plan. Highly recommend if you want your own personal app coach to keep you motivated with a variety of workouts and keeps track of everything you do.

    Feels like I got scammed. I tried the one week trial. When it was done, it continued into a monthly subscription automatically. I used the app but wasn’t really motivated enough to continue. I want a refund! Update: I was given a full refund for the misunderstanding. I will revisit this app when I’m ready. Thank you!

    I am enjoying the type of exercises, their choices of durations with or without rests and levels are well done, but I feel working off a phone (vs laptop/ipad) having a smaller screen is slightly harder to navigate. My bigger pieve is the voice over. Too mechanical or robotic. The second (male) voice when in Tai chi program sounds like he is on something. Not exactly inspiring. Lastly when doing a count down the seconds underneath the ‘coach’ run down from 30-1 sec etc, when doing 11-15 or 22 reps I believe it would be better if you count those down as well, since the ‘coach’ does all reps simultaneously.     This workout app is phenomenal for my at-home needs. I live 45 minutes from the closest gym, so this offers a great routine without having to leave the house. I would highly recommend the workout regiment to anyone who’s looking to get busy exercising.

    I’ve been using this app for about six months now, daily. I am 72 and I love to start my day with it. I like the workouts and the app delivers. Update. Year 2: I am on my second year now. I airplay it on my big tv screen and makes me feel at the gym in the comfort of my house. I like the sequence of warm up, to workout to cool down . I like the variety it mixes in my daily routine and tge chalkengs. I whole heartedly recommend it to friends and family.
