    I have been working myself into the program. I like it. Trying to stay consistent based on my schedule. Combining strength training with your program. It is all a matter of discipline. Need to reengage in the walking. I used to walk at least five miles per day. Now time encroaches on walking. Let’s keep going.

    I signed up for a strength program with MB and later felt I didn’t want to continue with it. It wasn’t for me. I was late contacting MB to ask to get my money back. I was beyond the auto renewal date. However, the MB people responded to my request with no hassle! I was very pleased and very impressed! The people I talked to did not hesitate to meet my request!     I’m enjoying the workout it’s toning me up and has helped me to drop 10lbs… I wish I could do 2 a days but your format isn’t setup to do that..it would be nice to do 1in the morning and 1 in the evening.. but I’m very happy with what I have.

    I’ve used the app for a week now, alternating between the military workout and the regular workout. The military workout is more rigorous and works the overall body well. Looking forward to seeing what progress I’ll make over the next few weeks.

    Been doing the 3 per week 30 mins chair workout for 2 months now… haven’t lost any weight yet but that is probably because I haven’t changed anything with my diet… I feel like I had gotten too far out of shape at 54, so I am keeping with these workouts to get muscle and confidence back before taking it up a notch… the workouts look simple enough but I will tell you your muscles will feel the burn during the workouts… my knees have a little issues with crackling and popping sounds, we will see if they get better… Sceptical but plan to keep with it as I paid for the year… we will see what the progress brings… I will say I definitely have more muscle, balance, and mobility since starting. At least I feel like I do..

    I spent half of the workout trying to fit into the video frame of the app which counts reps. My goal of fitness doesn’t include making the app happy. Not for me!
