Developer had 3 options. 1. Fix it. 2. Abandon it. 3. Sell it. Developer made the wrong choice in abandonment. App WAS awesome. Why abandon an app when you could sell it to someone who would work it?

This app used to be good. Haven’t been able to create my own ad with my own photos and videos for months and can’t find anyone to fix it so I’m canceling my membership

I love aspects of this app. I have made some nice reels with it. The problem I have now is that it won’t load any of my media. The app just closes each time I try. I have deleted and re downloaded the app but it still does it. Help!

I cant upload media, keeps crashing

Keeps crashing since latest iPad iOS update. Please fix it!

You guys mad it terrible like it’s really hard to edit and really expensive and I just hate it. It’s so bad that I downloaded it and deleted it literally 7 minutes later

This used to be one of my favorite apps, now shuts down when you try to add media. I no longer recommend.

Not cool lighttricks, I’ve had this app for over 4 years now and I use it to promote my nonprofit organization and meetings. And just unsubscribed from my premium subscription of $14.99 a month which is on auto pay for today, but every time I get on my app it kicks me off!! I’ve troubleshooted in every way possible and still no luck! I have a project I need to get done today and Boosted was the one I always turn to out of several apps I have because it’s quick and easy to use!! I’m so not happy right now!! Pay for a subscription and only got to use it once this month is crazy!! I even went to your website for support and see Boosted is not listed with the other that is by Lightricks! Noticed the other app I’ve used for over a decade now. And I see the last update in the Apple App Store was from 4 years ago??!! Not that I need anything to change other than this app to work as it should!! Please get this fixed ASAP.

I have had this app for many years and have recently been experiencing terrible tech issues. I keep getting kicked out of the app every time I try to upload my own media. I have dented the app, restarted my phone, made sure everything was on the latest update, AND contacted tech support but the generic response didn’t help. I’m a paid premium subscriber and will now have to unsubscribe. I need this app to promote my donation drive. Really disappointed!!

This app needs to be updated or fixed because I haven’t been able to use it for like a month? It keeps crashing when I try to use it? I paid for the yearly subscription too! So please fix it or refund my money!
