I can’t load any pictures. I’ve uninstalled it. Bought the year membership. And… nothing! Every time I try to load a picture it crashes!

Every time I open the app it crashes. I have asked for help multiple times with the same automated response. The app is useless and I am frustrated for paying for this.

Lightricks products are usually pretty reliable but it failed miserably with Artleap, the program will kicked you out instantly as soon as entered from the main page. Reset and reinstalled numerous times without help, I've paid in full for one year, please refund the money

Every one of the Light Tricks photo apps crashes every time I go to use them!!!
When I originally bought these apps, they worked fine. Not sure what’s up with them now!
Please fix them!! I greatly appreciate all of your help!!!

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but this app doesn’t work anymore, can’t even get it to start up. Paid subscription, reset my phone, the whole nine yards hopefully I can get some sort of technical support.

This app and the company has a flaw. I have requested the app be fixed to work with the latest iOS 26.0 and higher and I always get the same email from them saying delete, reinstall etc and they still have not fixed the issue. I used to use this app all the time and loved it but now it doesn’t work on iPhone nor iPad anymore.

I tried to open the collages on the freemium mode, but when I clicked on one to use, it just barely opens it & then closes the app.
Why is ArtLeap not working on IPad after latest software update??

ArtLeap is crashing every time I try to access it on my iPad after latest software updates. I’m a longtime paid customer- please fix this asap as I love and use the app actively. So disappointed and hope you can fix this soon…thank you!
