Haven’t downloaded it yet but why we couldn’t keep the free photo app ATT never give us customer anything free we have to pay for everything, that was the least they could’ve did was let us keep that app

This is one of the best apps I ever seen. I like the way you backed up all my pictures and everything. I’m glad I figured this out because the guy at the store couldn’t even figure this out and I did and I’m not too bright. I’m a plumber.

It’s not letting me back up photos only videos and I have to go through the App Store every time I want to use the app….. att do better

TL;DR
Don’t trust AT&T to keep your photos safe. They deleted mine without notice and will do the same to you.
I’ve been an AT&T customer for about 9yrs now. About 2 years ago I discover this cloud service and used it to save my live photos.
I had an issue a few months ago where AT&T had my account under cloud cancellation even though I been paying my bill on time. I had to call customer service to get this rectified
Fast forward to today and I discovered they deleted all my photos. Luckily I have my live photos saved on my old iPhone. But I’m completely done with AT&T I will be switching my service.

100gb storage?? Where? Open the app and sign in and just takes me to my account page. Click the “Access from the app on your phone or click here” I’m in the app, if I do click “click here” takes me to the App Store to download the app I’m literally in. Am I missing something?

I have two separate lines,with two different id’s. The app can’t differentiate between the two. So my oldest account that has the most saved data can not log in. Att could not resolve it and have not contacted me after they said they would look into it.
