    Please give me back the old format. As wonky as it was I was able to navigate through it. I hope this is just a test version and not permanent. *****Revised: 5/11/2024 Thank you. This last update was a big improvement. It is starting to become a great app again. *****Revised: 4/3/2025 when I try to record in the guide I have to go through the process twice before it will schedule it to record. Sometimes I get the yellow “recording successful” banner and most times I don’t. *****Revised 4/25/2026***** the latest update apparently removed the ability to record in the app. No record option when you select a show in the app. Please tell me that this was an error. I know you are trying to discontinue the service so maybe this wasn’t an error. *****Revised 4/26/2026***** Sorry, my bad. It returned after a reboot.

    Very limited channels are available in the app. It crashes every few minutes even after updating iOS and reinstalling the app. This has been a problem for many months. Att needs to update the app.

    For at least 10 weeks now the U-Verse app crashes after about 5 minutes of watching. Called twice, never got any answers and have not received a callback like they said. For all the money AT&T charges you think the app might work. This is BS.

    Here it is in April and the crashing is still happening. Also, the Guide does not show all available channels. Why not just replace this version with the one from last December? The at would be an improvement.

    Crashes every 2 minutes. Can’t watch sports, even on local channels. Internet directs to call direct tv number to resolve. BS! Fix the damn app!!!

    The app only plays for 4 mins and it will return to the Home Screen , and this problem started January 2026. When you ask for support from their AI or a live person they cannot see the problem, but AT&T continues to collect your money.
