    This app has great potential to offer full service with the ability to do so but instead it errors out and is not intuitive. It should allow you to see everything at a glance but I only got frustrated trying to enter my itinerary and keep up with the grounds on for the day. It’s surprising for Disney but it’s not very useful.

    App is pointless. Since you can book dinner & events well in advance, I believe over a month, all reservations except 1 were full by the time we had a chance to download the app. We were told by staff we would have the best luck booking all reservations in person, which we did. So what is the point of the app? To tell me all about the events that are full? Also, the food order ahead feature only worked once and the 1 event we were able to schedule was cancelled last min.

    This app needs help - the reservations need a waitlist function instead of just selling out instantly. They should also either only let each person reserve a certain amount of activities per visit or charge a small amount to reserve in advance so people don’t just hog reservations and then cancel them when they actually know what they are doing Also the activities should filter based on what is available instead of having to click into each one just to find out it’s not available. Awful organization

    Too hard to navigate. Also would not let me link my reservation number as a room guest so you can’t do many of the activities on the resort without this app. Resort should be less app dependent.

    This app has very accurate information about were things are and what’s happening with thing such as games, crafts, and more! I would very much recommend this app if you are staying at the resort!

    Disney can do better they direct you to the app for everything yet it gets stuck which requires relaunching. Adding guests isn’t any better. We gave up and called customer service. As a company if you are going to make the app the primary way to interface then fix it!!!

    I don’t write reviews but the app is terrible. I was unable to link my reservation and it required very personal information for my family to be input. No thank you Disney.

  • No breakfast ordering

    No breakfast available for ordering online. There’s always a breakfast rush,so why isn’t breakfast available on this thing? Not the same feel as the Disneyland app. It’s like a jr developer made this thing, while the Disneyland app has the full corporate backing of Walt Disney company.

    Useless app. Not all times are listed. Events are outdated. Tons of errors. Most of all links to the website. What’s the point of this app?!

    I don’t understand why I had to call reservations to have them manually add my reserved activities to my schedule and why I couldn’t book them all in the same experience. And when I use the app to unlock my door it stops my headphones and transfers my audiobook audio to my phone audio.
