    Wonderful for the cruise. I would like a feature that lets me mark selections on the dinner menu so I can preview it and then have my preferences ready for dinner.

    It’s great on board. At home it tends to not work smoothly. Tends to hiccup a lot. Love the app wish it worked better at home when needing to use it for upcoming trip.

    Inconsistent. Why do you have your guests pay for internet? for a service that is basically a non-expense for Disney to charge $27 per day is reminiscent of something Carnival Cruise Lines would try to pull over on their customers. disappointing.

    When using the app while on DCL it’s fine! It has your itinerary, your room number, map of each deck, dining room menus, etc. My only complaint is that when there are updates to certain activities they’re not always clear that it got changed from one time/day to another. When using this app at home, there’s been issues. One of the recent issues is when clicking to Make a Payment—the function does NOT work through the app. Workaround is doing it on your laptop/computer device instead. I’ve checked 3 times in the past week and it pops up with an error stating “Something went wrong. System unable to process at this time. Please try again later.” When picking port activities in the past, it seems it’s better to also try using your laptop/computer device instead rather than your phone. Developers please fix!

    Hard to get on the app. The only thing worse is the Disney cruise app. You never get on the app or online assistance. Call 800 number for help ONLY GRRR
