    I downloaded this app, added my email in the app and then the app wants me to use the app itself to tap a number when I have not yet logged in which is impossible to do.

    I understand security is an important consideration, but this app and its interaction with Adobe online is confusing and often ineffective. Using Passkeys would be a better implementation that would require yet another app to download and manage.

    This app works as expected. However, years ago I recall being apple to approve requests from my Apple Watch. I can still deny a request, but it’s a hassle to have to dig for my phone every time I log into one of Adobe’s apps or websites, especially when I also get a useless notification on my watch… and an email.

    I send adobe money every month to use their apps and every time I want to use them I have to jump through hoops. Check email, use account access, endless spinning spiral of death…. I usually get so frustrated I just give up. I expect better from a long established company but I guess as long as they’re making money they don’t care if they’re providing service.
