When are you going to let one app do everything including team tracking?
  • Requires internet connection to setup? WTF!

it’s been while since I’ve had to use the Garmin Mesenger app - it was never one of my favourites. however, last weekend I found myself meeting to activate the SOS on my Garmin Explorer. Since the last time I used my Garmin I had got a new phone and the Bluetooth connection between device devices was not established, come to find out that in order to set up a connection I need an Internet connection. What’s the point of a satellite Mesenger that requires an Internet connection when I’m in the middle of nowhere?
  • I am having hardest time getting any map on my explorer

Painful process that takes me to no where but buy me store. No CDT maps in 1.5 years.
  • Auto bill pay

Auto bill pay is challenging to disable and pathway to stop plan is not obvious or user friendly almost as if it’s very intentional to make it difficult to un-enroll or pause service
  • Problems with adding contacts

Can’t even pair my new device to my iPhone I got three months ago. What trash is this? Engineers working on this should be embarrassed or resigned to middle management with no opportunity for promotion.
  • They ruined everything

I can’t just log into my garmin inreach account and start a subscription anymore. I’m told I need to use this app but I can’t even connect to my actual garmin account
  • Can’t sign in on App

I just got the Garmin Inreach Mini 2 and am going through the steps to set it up and activate it through the App. I updated the Inreach, paid for the subscription and am trying to connect the device to the App. The App says the device is active and I need to sign in. I go to “Sign in as owner” input my sign in info and it says “Device is already active. Sign in as owner”. It’s just stuck in this loop without any way of proceeding. Unless there is a way through this, it’s just an expensive paperweight
