Took my training to the next level by providing stats and analytics that were easy to understand.

I don’t know why results won’t sync to Apple Health consistently, none of the self-help fixes it. Come on, quit letting Apple try to move your data out

My first time owning a Garmin and I love that the app keeps track of my runs and tells me how I’ve been doing ! Love the whole experience of Garmin!

Since the last app/ watch update my watch no longer syncs to or connects to the app. I have a fenix 8 47mm solar, iPhone 15pro. I have tried multiple trouble shooting techniques. I have restarted and deleted and tried to re add the device and still nothing. Please push a fix asap

First off, sleep time is off. I don’t knw if that will cause my body battery to stay low.

0 widgets, UI/UX was developed in 2012 and hasn’t been touched since Watches themselves 10/10. Garmin could dominate the market by developing a killer app.
  • Awkward

I’ve only had the app and watch for a few days, and I’ve apparently lost all data from those few days by disconnecting and reconnecting and changing permissions. 🤬 The Garmin Connect app and my new Instinct watch are both very awkward to navigate: -Too many menus and submenus -Initial view/home pages are nearly useless for everyday use: you have to go hunt through menus -Data is presented in Garmin-ese tech metrics: sleep score, VO2X(?) [something], Body Battery, Intensity [something] etc. Most of these aren’t any broadly understandable and usable metrics outside of the Garmin consumer-verse, and I don’t need to view my weight, immediate heart beat, or floors walked today on a phone app everyday time I open it: I’m looking for sleep hours, weekly stats on # of exercises and exercise minutes, maybe dusky and weekly steps, and maybe daily avg. calories.

First time Garmin owner. Bought and Epix Pro Gen2 a week ago. I can’t get it to connect to the app matter what troubleshooting guide I follow. I used Garmin’s guides, Reddit and even the N64 blow on it trick with no luck. Sad to say, my Apple Watch was always connected
