    I need to be able to access the DoorDash manager app for my restaurant I manage. This is ridiculous why it will not load no matter how many times I log in and log out. Needs to be fixed as fast as possible! Friday 15 - still not working been over a week now, kind of ridiculous We are running out of things that we need to be able to turn off on DoorDash, you all are not taking this seriously enough

    The new update to the DoorDash Manager app is a massive step backwards. Live orders don’t show up, you can’t mark items as sold out, you can’t update orders in real time, and the Campaigns tab is completely gone. Instead, they replaced all the useful stuff with a bunch of data dashboards that nobody needs on a daily basis. Totally not user-friendly. The only thing that still works well is replying to customer reviews — everything else is broken or missing. I even tried running campaigns through the web browser, and guess what? Same story — none of those tabs exist there either. DoorDash needs to seriously reconsider whoever approved this update. Removing campaigns and breaking core operational features doesn’t just hurt restaurants — it hurts DoorDash’s own revenue. Most restaurant owners don’t have 10 minutes to sit on hold with support every time they need to make a simple menu change or update an order. We’re running a business, not waiting in a customer service queue. Fix this. Bring back the features that actually matter. This update has made daily operations significantly harder for no good reason.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    No notifications, not on the phone or tablet. We find out about the order once the driver arrives.

    Seems to be a glitch that makes it so we do not receive notifications when an order comes through despite all settings being turned on and “allowed”, app is updated and all Apple devices are all new . Would love this fixed so I can stop having dashers come in for orders and not have them ready because there are not notifications on any of the devices we have the app on.

    App is malfunctioning and I’ve called in to customer service for them to tell me my store was deactivated! Very poor service! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

    The App is great when you can log in! The repeated white page where I can’t log in, change my password or do anything is completely unacceptable when I’m trying to login to get my account updated!
