    I ordered food and I was missing basically my whole meal and when I tried to refund or get my money back they declined it and now I’m missing my money and my food terrible app don’t buy from here.

    There is not way to contact customer service. Incorrect order? Too bad. Order shows up an hour late standard $5 refund. No accountability.

    I’ve been using DoorDash for a couple years now but switching to uber eats bc their automated refund system is a joke I receive someone else’s order and they just automatically say no refund when you’re paying so much for food have some accountability for your deliveries

    The Cancel Membership button is the only button in the menu that is unclickable. I had to log in through desktop to perform the most basic, essential task of cancelling my DashPass membership. Huge scam.

    Driver marked our order as delivered, took a photo near our house, and then LEFT WITH THE FOOD. We never received anything. This is not a mistake… this is theft. And what’s worse is that when we reported it, we were denied a refund. So not only did your driver steal from us, but your company backed it up by doing absolutely nothing to fix it. What exactly is the point of using this service if drivers can fake deliveries and customers are left paying for food they never got? There’s clearly no accountability and no real support system. Completely unacceptable. Until this is addressed, I won’t be using this service again and I’d strongly warn others to think twice.
