    This app is shockingly bad. It does not respond when you click on things especially if it involves trying to change or cancel your subscription. The customer service is also terrible which may be unrelated. They renewed my subscription when I didn’t want to and when I emailed about it they told me there was noting they could do. Which was irritating but fine and then now I am not receiving magazines and I didn’t have online access after paying to renew the subscription that I didn’t want in the first place. I sent an email to see what was going on and they just never responded??? I ended up signing up for a free trial again because my brother was featured and I wanted to see his picture and now I’m trying to cancel before they automatically charge me again but the button on the app to deal with my subscription just magically doesn’t work.

    This app is bizarre. They even advertise it in Vogue magazine, but the app no longer includes your Vogue subscription! One used to be able to download an issue and read the whole thing. Now the app is everything but your subscription.

    As the title says… I purchased again, it doesn’t see my subscription, it’s working on my computer. Tried restarting etc.

    The app worked great until I started getting a pop up window that says I need to pay for a subscription. My subscription is active until Sep. 2026. I’ve reached out to customer support several times and they tell me to talk to apple. Apple says I need to get in touch with the developer. After several emails with Vogue they told me they would forward my issue to tech and someone will get back to me within 48 hours. That was about two weeks ago. Now the app is useless.

    After having this app for so long being able to look at pictures from runways is now behind a paywall TO LOOK AT PICTURES that’s so insane to me didn’t know vogue is broke such a shame

    The app doesn't work for more than a day at a time, then says I have no subscription. The help from Vogue takes days and isn't helpful.

    I love vogue and I use it so much for my schooling, I am a fashion major and being able to see the runways in an easier is important to my work. Now they have paid subscriptions to just see the runway looks and it’s so upsetting! I can’t afford to have another subscription. I’m going to have to find another way to look at the runway looks.

    If you don’t live in a GDPR country, this app straight up doesn’t let you protect your privacy. The app itself is slow, the shopping experience poorly thought out, and the cost just isn’t worth it. Look elsewhere

    I’m a print subscriber for over 60 years. The digital version was big convenience to read on the go. Have you really taken my paid issues and made them disappear? I’m upset, angry and disappointed.
