A couple of years ago, we had a lot of fun renting bikes in FW and riding all over. Now I download the new app and 4/4 bikes we checked came back “unavailable for rent” with no other explanation.
Never mind. We’ll burn fossil fuel to congest the streets downtown, if that’s your wish.
Oh wait, this is run by Lyft. It all makes sense. A bike share app that works is simply bad for the principal business. I get it, but I resent being misled by Trinity transportation

My card is now locked after it took out $50 4 times and then gave it back then took it again. After I bought the $2 package and safely returned the bike.

Spends $50 when you rent a bike without mentioning so, then spends money hours after finishing your ride. A shame a company of this size can pull moves like this.

I’m loving the bikes, the only thing I don’t like is, the seat adjuster. It’s VERY hard to adjust up our down. I hurt my hand and broke a nail, the first time. And no, I’m not talking about a fake nail. I would like it if y’all made the seat adjuster more easy to move. Please & thank you.

This app charged me $50 for riding the bike one time for five minutes. Then proceeds to kick me out of the app and not let me log back in after it already charged me 120 for the annual pass.Fitfo

Imagine being amped up to coast along the stunningly beautiful and peaceful Trinity River for two weeks on three separate occasions, following guided directions, to no avail! What has been proclaimed as an easy and seamless process has been everything but! Trinity Metro I was rooting for you, but I am severely disappointed in this service. Your customer service has been somewhat appropriate because when contacted they did reset my password when I assumed that was the problem. However, I have pulled up to 3 different bike stations and have left with my heart as connected to my convenient-morning-biking-desire as the bike has to its docking station. It should not be this difficult to journey on one of your bikes! Please fix this!
