The CitiManager App for Citi Commercial Cards enables you to use your iPhone or iPad to access key account data on the go for your corporate card. Within the app you can view your statement information, balances, available credit, and more. Enhanced security measures include biometric authentication and one-time password (OTP) for login where available. In order to provide users with the quickest and most convenient experience possible, the CitiManager App provides all the basic features for corporate cardholders. Specifically, all cardholders can: • View account summaries • View previous account statements • View current accounts • View recent transactions • View payment history • Receive Push notifications from CitiManager Additionally, certain functionalities are available to cardholders in select markets: • View PIN • Activate new cards • Pay their bills • Post and view comments • View Ancillary Service charge details for passenger transport booked using a Citi corporate card • View supplier and invoice detail for select Citi corporate card programs • Biometrics authentication of ecommerce transactions • First time login via OTP • Dual currency display of account balances

    Awful institution. App is predatory. Many features don’t work as intended to cause you to incur a late payment charge. Support is overseas and will route you back to the main menu. Stay away
  • Getting worse not better

    Had to replace my card. Showed 0USD for expedited. The actual amount was cut off. Have the new card, shows a balance and won’t let me pay the balance. Tried to exit and try again now it says only one session allowed at a time… One app single device, buggier than a banking app should be.

    Trying to get my GTC and this corpo won’t let me sign in to check the status. It keeps telling me there is a problem or when I try any of the select OTP options non of them work. Literally first time trying it and it doesn’t work.

    Within 2 hours of having this app it forgot my password ( my phone didn’t) locked me out. Refused to let me reset my password, the desktop refused to let me reset my password, and I had to manually reset it using the phone line. Then because the designers and 2 IQ away from room temperature, you cannot copy past new or temporary passwords or see the password as you type it in. I wish I could use a different bank this is terrible. It also won’t resend you a new code to log in if the app crashes and doesn’t recognize the code it sent. This app could have been made better by a gorilla with a typewriter.

    Just sends you to the website or has you call an automated loop system. So, why have the app? They owe me $500, but do not a system to interact with a human unless you spend half an hour with the automated assistant that has trouble understanding words (I didn’t get that) OR. The ability to let the user just use the keypad (which is more efficient and less aggravating). Of course, a great feature (almost every other bank has) to offer would be chat or email from the app. It makes zero sense to go through verifying my identity on the app then through the automated system AND THEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. How much more biometric (voice recording) do you want to sneakily collect without asking? Give me my money and fix your app!

    This is by far the worst banking app I have ever used.
