The integrated Mobile Token feature allows you to generate codes on the go for login and transaction approvals on CitiBusiness Online. EASILY MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNTS • *NEW* Deposit checks* • Monitor your balances and recent activity • Initiate payments and transfers between accounts • Approve wire transactions • Provide decisions on your Positive Pay items You must be specifically entitled for Mobile Token feature access by your business’s System Administrator. This application will communicate with Citi’s server automatically in order to relay your consent and to record usage metrics. By consenting to the installation of this application, you are also providing your consent to the future installation of any updates or upgrades to CitiBusiness Mobile that may be required for this application to perform the functions outlined above. Citi will not charge you to use and download this application.     I’ve had a terrible experience with this bank making every step feel like a complication. They don’t communicate with each other. The people on the phone sound like they hate their lives. It’s extremely frustrating to run into issues constantly. It’s complicated for me to move banks now but if you can do NOT choose Citi business.

    The mobile app is only good for getting the two step verification code for the desktop website. All other functions do not work.

    I just bought a new Iphone and when I want to open the app it says "An attack on this mobile application has been detected. To protect the app and your data, the app will close. Please contact your administrator. REF:6942, 5509:9FE1:0OU2X4" Nobody is helping and I can't send payments because of the 2FA
  • No Longer Compatible with iOS

    This app is no longer compatible with the new iOS upgrade. I attempted to “report a problem” with the developer, but in order to do so, you need to log in with a token. I can’t generate a token because the app is no longer working. Vicious cycle here!

    It was very difficult to reach the Tech Support and in spite of reaching the Tech Support I was placed in hold for more than 90 minutes earlier today afternoon and the line got cut off, but the representative who came in now at 9:30 PM Eastern standard Time was very helpful to solve the problem and he was able to solve the problem. Thank you.

  • PIN Still Not Working After 2 Months

    PIN stopped working on iPad and iPhone app 2 months ago. Continual PIN resets did not solve the problem. After six calls with customer service totaling 3 hours and a “system reset” by Citi, was able to get the iPhone PIN to work but iPad is still inoperable. The Citi consumer app works great and has far more features. Why can’t Citi deploy the same technology to their commercial banking app ?
