    Haven’t been able to sign in for about a month, I’m hit with a “You’re information doesn’t match our records” Anytime I try to reset it. In which I’m forced to call and at a minimum of an hour wait time to talk to an actual human.

    I appreciate the app for doing what I’d expect the app to do. One thing missing - in my opinion - is widget support. I’d like to see the card balance on the home screen.

    You made a change to the app that no longer allows me to sign on to it. I use a password manager. I copy my password from that to input in your app. When I touch the field, the only option that comes up is Autofill. It no longer offers paste. Please put it back. You’re forcing me to use a browser for access instead.

    Terrible login! Will not let you past the acceptance of terms and conditions! Requires you to do this yet they will NOT stay on the screen to read or accept! Get your act together! Fix or I will cancel my card!

    Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Opened a credit card last month for the balance transfer offer and still haven’t been able to use it because it keeps flagging “unusual activity” on my account. Waited 10 days for the verification code in the mail, thought it was fixed, and now I’m back to the same issue again. You guys suck.

    App needs significant work to make it easier to use - impossible to find how to reinstate paper statements after requiring user to accept electronic delivery. Do better Citibank!

    It’s ridiculous to try to communicate in ENGLISH with a customer representative from Citibank. They answer you from a freaking 3rd world country, and those people hardly can speak a reasonable, clear and understandable ENGLISH.

    I have a checking account with Citibank. I opened an investment account on 5-19-2026 and transferred $50 from my checking account as an opening deposit. On my 5-20-2026 I noticed my checking account balance was ZERO…they put a hold on my entire checking account balance. I called customer service who said they couldn’t give me a reason for the hold. I need to access my debit card to pay my doctor today which I can’t do now. Citibank is basically punishing me and holding my money hostage for giving them business. I am in an extremely tough situation right now and their attitude is we can’t give you a reason let alone fix the problem. Horrible horrible bank

    Every month, for over 4 years, I've made my loan payment in the app. I opened the app, clicked on the loan, clicked make payment, and submitted the payment via the same checking account that was attached the entire time. 2 days ago, the day before my due date, I opened the app, clicked on the loan, clicked make payment, and it showed me a screen saying, "transfer from" in a dropdown menu. The menu didn't open to anything. I was annoyed they changed a very simple process into something unnecessarily complicated. I clicked "manage external accounts" to see if I had to reattach my checking account or something. The checking account was still linked for credit card payments, but it said nothing under loan payments. So I went through the process of attaching the checking account again through Plaid so I could make my loan payment. Same issue. When I click the "transfer from" dropdown menu, nothing. It leaves me stuck there. I check the external accounts and my checking account shows up as a payment source for loan payments now...but won't appear in the dropdown menu. I tried the browser too and nothing. Customer service wants me to call an agent. Why? Just fix the technical issue. I'm not calling to make payments over the phone. This isn't 1987. Fix this new update. And stop fixing what isn't broken. Everyone changes their apps in unnecessary ways as if anyone is going to switch services because their app feels outdated. It's not Instagram, we're just trying to pay bills!
