    I downloaded the app When I tried to open it, it would not allow me to open it. When I tried to accept the terms and conditions, it kept jumping back and asking me to accept terms and conditions So right now, I cannot get into the app at all

    I was forced over to Citi from Barclays with my American Airlines card. The app says I can register with my Barclays card, which doesn’t actually work. There is no chat function so I now have to waste my time calling. Definitely not a seamless transition.

  • It’s 2026- STILL no iPad view?

    The app works well enough. But it’s entirely designed for the iPhone screen. Sure, you can still use it on an iPad but holy moley c’mon Citibank!! Really surprised there seems to be no iPad exclusive version, and the only app they seem to offer is one that looks like garbage on the ample iPad screen, it’s just a facsimile of an iPhone screen. My local credit union has massively better support for the iPad in their single app that covers both phone and iPad. And I can think of myriad other banks that also support the iPad screen. What’s up Citibank?

  • Bad Autofill - Discriminates against Password Managers

    Title says it all. This might be the only app I’ve seen that doesn’t allow paste in the password. App is essentially a brick for anyone with a real password that doesn’t go through life relying on the default solution.
